The staff were very welcoming and met every single one of our needs if they came up! The location is right in the middle of several restaurants and Walmart is right across the street for last-minute snacks! We had 4 kiddos with us and two slept on the sofa bed. When making the sofa bed up, it had an oversized sheet on it, so I went downstairs for a blanket and mentioned that all we had was a sheet on the bed and the front desk lady handed me a sheet set, a mattress topper for extra comfort and a very warm, comfortable blanket.

The room was very comfortable and a nice size The pool was clean and didn’t smell like chlorine The breakfast was very nice Thanks for keeping up with our laundry that we left in the dryer. Most everything was replaceable but our grandson’s hoodie was in there and you know how they are about their hoodies.

Breakfast was top notch for a Holiday Inn. Check-in was pleasant with a very friendly personality. Room was comfortable, bed nice, AC worked well. TV remote was funky, but we made it work, good DIrecTV lineup on TV.

Location is ideal. Situated midway between attractions in downtown and uptown Hot Springs. There are plenty of shopping and eatery within walking distance as well. View was also very nice from our side of the hotel, looking over some of the more rural side of town.

I loved how friendly everyone was and the pool area. The breakfast was very good!

Breakfast was good but I didn't like that they closed the door in the face of a young man who was there right at closing time. Just have a heart and let him grab a biscuit or something.

It was clean but need some renovation. Not very quiet. We could hear a lot of room niose noise from the rooms around us.

Breakfast choices were above average! Location: further out of Bathhouse Row than I would have liked. Staff friendly (front desk, housekeeping, dining room attendant) and helpful.

The property was clean and well maintained. The breakfast had a great variety of items, not just a continental breakfast but a full hot breakfast! We loved our stay and will be back next time we are in town!
